The Comic

CUE is launching its first issue this Saturday at El Nido and Temple Bar.

Over the past few months some of you may have been keeping track of the development of our new comic book called CUE.

It’s a collaborative effort between artists and the Spittoon Collective to produce a serialized comic in full colour, and fully translated in English and Chinese.

Well, it’s done.

Issue One of CUE contains 5 stories that cover a range of realistic and fantastic ideas.

We know how people here keep different weekend social schedules, which is why we are staggering the release party across two venues on Saturday, July 28. Come to El Nido and hear DJ Boss Cuts from 4 to 7pm, and if you’re feeling adventurous swing over to Temple Bar at 10pm for a slew of great bands and a continuation of the party. You’ll be able to buy the comic at both locations and a purchase at one location gives you sweet drink deals at both.
